Hello from Ah Dat and iMac

Here's the first entry from my iMac la. and I also put Ah Dat into the picture so u can see him alive and well. hehe. but Ah Dat actually have some skin problem so he's loosing fur in the front. The Vet said because we bring him out to walk, he can get the gems easily. But still like that we walk him instead of letting him in the house at all time. Anyway, he had been really good and do alot of stupid thing. So how's the mac? It's good and fast. but i hated the mouse. will get one w/ 2 buttons + a scroller. hehehe. all for now. Tomorrow will go back to work la!!!! >_< after 18 days of holiday I dont' think I can work anymore ah.....

Here's the last blog from my toshiba la! So deserved to have a pic la! You can see i'm very stupid and put stickers all over it.... so what!!! I like! hehehe. My toshiba is going to be w/ my dad lu so here's he saying "bye bye la, hhw. nice meeting you.". Anyway, i don't know how i can post my pic from my cell again la, at least until i buy my cell phone w/ built in bluetooth la. but i will try to post pics as much as i can. Oh, don't worry, i will be getting the imac. my first mac ever. hope i will like it la..... =_= no more winmx, online game (lineage 2, i forced to quit now....), and other good junks made for pc only!!!! sigh~ work suck!

Drive carefully

Ending my trip on this note. Drive carefully! on the posters on the wall is the message the china gov't trying to tell you..... really graphic too. It's all real scenes of car accidents. There's a picture of the driver smashed up really badly, brunt people in the car and a frame by frame of a guy running over the fence to cross the road and being hit by a car. the body still have the tire track..... the one that made my head hurts (seeing dead people make my head hurt ga) is a picture of a kid got run over by a 18 wheelers. the tire marks are actually all blood. It's actually something like justmeat.com. Feel really sorry and bad. so people, for other's good, pls drive carfully ah. Please.

The number 1 reason why i love china

This is a garbage can + a recycling can. so you can throw stuff that can be recycle on one side and the other on the other side. So good! (actually everywhere in the world have it) but anyway, as i was throwing my pop can into the recycle side i notice there's actually nothing in between the 2 side. so basically it's all ended up as garbage! hahahahhahaha. that's why i just love china so much!

Here's a picture of a place i went to eat. inside the cage are a poor dog. a black cat, lots of different kinds of birds, goats and a pig (small wild pig/hog). scary. of course i didnt' eat la.

Army is Tai-Sai (biggest)

In China, the licence plate said alot about your status ga! Blue is for basic citize except if it's start w/ an O. Black plate are china-international county company car. All digits plate are company car ( so they drive reckless) and white (as shown here) are army people. Which everyone is afraid off ga. so basically they ran red light and everyone is ok with it. or drive on the wrong side of the road and it's legal......=_=. Some people use fake white legal plate but even police is afraid to stop cos it could be a real army guy and then the police are in deep shit la.... how corrupted!

Mardrine orange is sooo worth the price

Here's a pic just 65km from guanzhou city. We are here to pick mandarin orange. And this is the path that we have to "walk" up. So no stair la. we (just me and my mom) have to claw up while the villager just walk.

Wah! so happy. I got 3 birthday cards celebrating my bday. (Hehehhe, my bday is 19th december ah)!!! Anyway, they are from Esprit, Shiseido and Mabelle. hehe. I got them cos i'm a member. Actually my mom use my name for Shiseido and Mabelle. BUT i hope to have real birthday card ah!!!! u guy know what to do la! even icq birthday is good ga.

Poor Ah Dat ah

Ah dat finally did his desex operation today la. But the surprise is that the SPCA didn't give it any "mad-dog" shots, so they shot him w/ it as well. He also did a face job, so his eyes will not be affect by his face hair. then they didn't put any computer chip into him, so they did that as well. And also a stomach thing need to be done today. so yah. ah dat had a really tough day. :-( now, he's all quiet and haven't eat and drink ah.

Work, work and work

Haven't been updating the blog for sometime now. cos basically, I had been very busy with work. Also, at home, having to take care of Ah Dat take alot of my time la, but it's worth it ge. Ah Dat is bigger now la, and many people said that he is fat which i think he really isn't. but he's chubby ge. He is also toilet trained now la! ^_^ yeah!, so now he don't sleep in no cage anymore lu.

Oh, I'm really worry about posting pictures on the blog (which i love) cos i'll be getting a mac soon, and i dont' think the program i use to upload my pic from my cell support mac..... sigh. Honestly i won't be getting a mac if not that I have to use it for work. see, work suck!

HK Jockey club

Here's the HK jockey club begging place. There're at least one in every region. Cos in HK, you can't buy lotto in convienent stores like in Toronto ga. So you can buy your horse, sport and mark 6 (649 in T.O.). On a racing day, you will see lots of "uncle" (ah bak) gathering up beside the place or across the street listening to the races on their mini radio and smoking and it's just so Hong Kong! I love it!

Which way are we going again?

We are going to have a fire evcauation sometime nxt wk i think. It's going to be stupid. like in a real fire, i'm sure everyone will panic and start steping on people law. hahaha. actually it's not funny.

So hard ah!!! cos it was not balance so my left hand is away lower (as per the pic here) so the photographer and my boss was like "Hey, why your hand is down ga!" My boss said "See, it's not easy being a model ga". but i dont' want to be wor! at least not an unpaid one. hehehe

Here's Hong Kong's unique mass transportation. the "14 seater Van". I don't use it as much cos it's very difficult (IMHO) to use ga. cos there really isn't "Stop" so you can stop anywhere you wanted. Just yell and stop. Lately these "Buses" went into lots of accidents involving many injuries and death ah.

I haven't been updating my blog lately. Mainly because I had been busy w/ Ah-Dat. Here's Ah Dat playing w/ his favorite toy. I'm still having trouble teaching him where to pee and shit in the house. cos now he pee in the right place but shit in the middle of the living room. hmmm, oh well. have to train him abit more sin duct. Oh yeah, many people comment that ah-dat have a big dick... even when i'm walking him, people who walk by said "WAH, gum long ge!!!" =_= but anyway, we are going to desex him tomorrow lu. hahahhaa.

Here's the special guests for cx concert. The guy is Lau Ho Lone and the girl's Stephanie. I got all their CD ga. They are quite good too. Expecially Lau. Cos we (the fans) were like yelling and singing w/ them all the way, they actually comment and talk to us on stage ah! saying thank you to us that we are even more fun than many of their performance the did before. And Lau even said "We new people really need people like u to give us courage and support ga!" hehehe. It's like a private show to us! We gain!

Hey hey hey, here's Dat Gor at his new home. He had been very hyper ah, so don't really know how to calm him down ah. help! Me and dad went to spca today again and YEAHHHH!!! we found a pug la! But someone hold it already, so we put down our name on the wait list. If the person don't want it, then we can have it! hehehe. The ppl said that this little pug have some problem w/ the knee cos it's generic wor. Also he will undergo a cosemteic suregy too in the face to prevent too allegy too. HK's 1st gay pride

After seeing Christie (the cutie bb girl), me and my co-workers (Wen-D, and Con-Li + skG) went to the first ever gay pride parade in HK. The parade is really short distancel. Around 100m. I'm not kidding!!!! but lots of ppl did participate. Me of course was one of the ppl there la. Inside the "headquater" where this even starts, me and my co-worker along with Diva D (the host) watched some stripper taking it off. It was fun.

Congraduation to A.Lam!!! She's my co-worker who just gave birth to a very cutie baby girl this wednesday jar!!!! Her cutie name is Christie. Weighting around 7lb, she's very cute and moves around alot in her little bed. hehee. haven't seen new born for a long time. Happy happy!

2046 Sequel

Today I went to a photoshooting for a magazine I'm doing. And it so happened that I'm shooting a story on furniture. And especially furnitures used in wkw's 2046. Heheh, so here's the furnitures (parts of it) that's actually USED in the movie ga!!! Of course I sit on everyone of the chairs la. hehee. Good thing i studied some furniture design back in OCAD (Ontario College of Art & Design) in the great Toronto! hehe. So I can talk w/ the store owner and have some common interest. He was like, hmmm, this guys knows something abt furniture wor! Yes! I gain!

2046

Wah, haven't wrote for sometime la. To me, sometime mean like a couple of days. Anyway, over the weekend I went to "Golden Finch" (I hope i spelled it right na. hee hee) This is the place where they shot 2046. I never saw the movie ah. But friends gave me mix review. So it mean "Watch it on DVD when have time" to me. Anyway, I took a picture of the table I was in and see!!! recongize the lamp? So I thought I was the only stupid person to go to a resturant cos a movie was shot there. But i was wrong. Cos during the meal, 4 koeran (or Japanese, I can't tell) came in w/ a postcard of 2046 and was like "ooohhhh, here it is" (in a foregin language la). and then a guy who came by himself asked the waiter to give him some paper w/ the Golden Finch logo on it so he can keep it. hehe. wow! movie works!

Leechee wine is almost done

My leechee wine is almost done la. Just give it 2 more months and I will try and tell you how it tasted la. The yellow and the residue kindna scare me though. So when it's done, I will try it during the evening so if there's anything wrong w/ it, I can go to toilet at home law. hehhe. Oh, and you see my so call "work station" in the background, it's actually right beside the "dinning room" table. ehhee.

Money is worthless!!!

What if there's a date when nobody in the world beileve in money anymore! Like everywhere no one will accept money as a payment!!!! dim suen ah!

That's why don't save and start spending on adidas, Y3, Paul Smith, MP3 player, Puma track suit, and Lexus!!! hehee, cos when that day come, your money is worthless ga la, but at least u will be driving a Lexus.

Damn, where did I see that guy...?

Today, I went out and eat lunch w/ w.k.w in Quarrybay (around my office la). And on the way back, I saw someone on the street. So familiar!!!! but i just can't remember who he is. Did u ever had that experience? He obviously not working in my office, and he didn't work in Cathay also... Could he work w/ HIAS? or Jardin...? Cos I so recongized him. but then i can't see him in either uniforms, so i kept thinking all afternoon. Now suddenly i remember where I saw him la! He was in a Karaoke tournament that I went w/w.k.w abt a year ago! hahaha. and he sings just like Leo Koo. Very good!

Zelda die lu.

In just 3 wks, Zelda had grown into a week with alot of "mo" virus now.... so i dump it in the trash lu. ho! how exciting.

Shisaing Sunday

Here's skG trying Shisha. We went to this Egyptian meal place and had a very tasty dinner! Very jan, then we smoke some Shisha in the resturant underneat their "hidden" area. It was great fun.

The Word "She" and "!"

Just read the paper and notice that in chinese character, "she" wasn't invented till 1920 ga. Before then, there's only "He" and it's used to address both male and female (whoa, i almost typed shemale, hehehe), it's written with a "human" side, but after 1920, the word "She" is invented and it's written with "female" side. The character is invented by "Lau Poon Laong" (i'm sure u won't know the chinese name from my shitty english pronouncation). He saw that the western used both he and she to address different sex. Then he used the "she" character in a song to address a person oversea thinking about his country (China). Using "she" to address a country is also copied from western ga. And then he introducted exclaimation mark "!", which isn't used in chinese before ga!!! It's also copied from the western. It caused quite a strir back then, cos people don't wanted the western influence but now, it's part of the language lu.

Liu Xiang wins! Again

Here's Liu Xiang! YEAHH!!!!!! He won another race i think the day before in Japan. And this time, he got to race with the one he wanted. I believe it's Allen Johnson. Even though all the racers isn't in their peak performance (Liu Xiang didn't train for a full month due to so much PR to do after winning the gold in Olympic ^_^ YEAH!) Anyway it's good to know he won -- again!

Hello HHW, we are back!

I don't know can u see it or not, but the woman in the picture are one of many prositute (aiya, can't spell ah) in my area. I live in SSP (Shamshuipo -- basically a ghetto) so there are many prositutes around. Before it's even worst where there are so much, you have to walk on the road instead of the sidewalk ga! But about a month ago all of them are gone, maybe because the police have started some action, but now they are coming back again lu.

Lately...

Lately, I've become quite lazy espeically posting on the blog. Maybe because nothing much happened gar. Alot of my friends are coming back to HK either for good or for vacation. Hmmm, will actually go out w/ them at the end of the wk la. So what happened to hhw these past wks? nothing much beside going to Bangkok. So I'm doing a recap of "adventurous" wk la:

1. I dream that I'm having a wedding!!!! I couldn't see my wife's face though. But she's slim and tall (of course not as tall as me la. hahha). The dream started with us in a resturant on our wedding day wor. We were w/ our parents and discussing how many table we needed. I said I don't have much ppl so 2 tables for me la. my wife and both our parent said the same thing. so ended up w/ 8 tables! heheh. then i got scare and wake up! whew!!!! happy to be single again! I'm not done living!!!!

2. A cockroach were found INSIDE my bedroom! Dad was mopping the floor and then he suddenly said "La, ah Wai, watch out ah." So I was like huh? what gives? and look at him looking at the mop. Then the moment he lifts the mob up, the cockroach started running!!! ARGH (fyi, both me and my dad are afraid of cockroach) the thing is around 2" long and really really nasty!!!! >_< I lifted up my legs and like ahhhhhh, and dad was panic but can't kill it w/ the mop (cos it's too soft) so he was jumping around for awhile before finally stepped on the cockroach. He stepped on the side of the thing so the legs was like shaking still. Then w/ abt 1 meter of toilet paper wrapped around his hand, he picked up the thing. hahhaah. Now i have shadow going back into my room. FYI, my room have no food ga! wonder why it's there ne?

Zelda's alive!

I just planted this last thursday and today it's starting to grow na! I dont' know what it is, but I think it's grass la. OK, i'm name it "Zelda" since i have this in my office ma and beside the Zelda toy I have on top of my monitor! hee hee

In a back alley (where we eat) but somehow there was Chinese opera playing, quite scary, hehe, but then after we had our meal the scary part is that we saw how the "resturant" we eat wash the dishes. First he dip the bowl into soapy bucket for 2 sec and pick the bowl up and wipe for 2 sec and done. ONLY 4 sec jar!!! Crazy and Dirty! but i didn't have any stomach ache wor. heheh.

HHW holding up a very tasty chickhen wing, sorry but it beat buffalo wing anytime! The place have no english menu so it's was really hard to order. We just point at other ppl's table to order.

Singha water, the best tasting water ever! I stole 2 bottle from the hotel becasue it's free. otherwise i think it's like 50baht each? (10HKD, 2CDN). keekeke. I gain!

HHW having a very hot McDonal burger. The thing is that you don't feel the hot until the last bite, that's when you regret having it and drink the whole cup of coke. Also because it's the last bite, you can't take it back for another burger! THEY GAIN!

I find that no matter where i have cold drink, they put lots of ice in it! here's half a cup of ice in my coke.

To Bangkok and back

I have only 1 word for the trip to Bangkok "VERY EXHAUSTING"! hhehe. or is that 2 words. >_<
But then when people asked me where I went to in Bangkok, I can't really said... cos where did I went? I remember shopping, eating and alot of taxi ride (also i'm pretty sure that where i got my fake 50 bahts from! ($10HKD)). and also the ring that I brought and left in Bangkok. But will most likely go there again. and this time I won't changelle their 1am closing time for club rule. hehehe. cos we (C-Lai, skG, Drew and me) always go to these club at like 1:15am heheheh and ended up didn't get into either one of them. so sorry tim.

I'm now at work so i will post up the pics tonight la.

Andy Lau have one new fan!

Here's Andy Lau! whoooo yeah! Went to his concert just tonight and it was super super great!!! Many of his fans (including me now) are cheering all the way from start to end. He's very kind to all the ppl who came la. He built a 10' platform so that ppl who brough the cheap ticket can see him up close! And in the end, he put down his mic and yell "Thank you" to each of the 4 side. It was good! Worth every penny ah!

Kendo Lessons and "Brutal Eating"

Having posted for awhile, cos was kindna lazy and been playing online game too much. (Also, not much to write about la). But since yesterday, there had been 18 Kendo classes which I only attend TWICE! hahaha. I haven't touch my Wai Wai Chi Long (my sword) since I got it way back on my 2nd class. So oh no la. Guess Kendo's not for me lu.

Oh, also HHW will be heading toward Bangkok this saturday with 3 of my OCAD friends and will be gone for 4 days. For me traveling is not for relaxing. It's more like catching up on things I haven't try. So those Resort kindna thing is not for me ( i want, but i know i will get so bore law). Hmmm, I think I should start a section call "Brutal Eating". hehehe, it's like showcase all the nasty stuffs I eat. I saw many insects meal in those newspaper about Bangkok... heheh, I don't know if i can do it but will try la.

HHW and his Mombelli

Here's a special plant. The story is that while I was working for Cathay Pacific, a passenger brought a plant in HK and wanted to bring it to another country ( i remember the flight was going to Bangkok). Anyway, you ain't suppose to bring plants or any things that's alive (except yourself la of course) to another country without prior permission ga ma. So I have to tell the passenger (Mr.Mombelli) that his plant got to stay! So that night I carry this plant out back into HK. but the custom gave me a really hard time that even for a staff you can't bring plants into HK. I told her that this plant is from HK ga wor. The price tag is still there la. She keep saying no and stuff so I told her "ok, then i will just leave it here law". The she was like "What! i have to clean up your garbage!!??" So she went to ask another department and said ok, i let u go this time but don't do it next time la! I'm thankful so this plant have been with me for a year now la. I named it Mombelli after his "parent". If Mr. Mombelli is reading my blog here's your message "La vostra pianta di Mr.Mombelli e benissimo." ( I copy this from altavista's translation program so I hope it means "Mr.Mombelli your plant is fine." la)

Disappointed HHW

This is just disappointing. I told you guy (i dont know who will actually follow my blog but...) about the show of the Gold medal winners of China including my now hero Liu Xiang! The show is now sold out and sadly hhw is not one of the ppl who's going law!!! >_< And also that show have Kelly Chan ga ma! I will still go to Tom Lee (a place where they sell ticket to these things) and see see sin. Hope somehow someone resell ticket there na.... Hmmm, lately I been to alot of concerts. There will be Andy Lau (nxt wk), Jay in November and Kelly in December. Now why can't I go to the China Olympic thing!!! errrr

Today is the beginning of school in Hong Kong. HK kids i think carries one of the most heavy school bag in the world! Newspaper and other media are telling them try to carry only up to 10% of their weight. I remember when I was a kid in HK, I fall backward when doing the uphill slope to school cos my backpack was too heavy. Hope they are ok la. Somehow since school's back, everyone kindna went back to their own schedule. I told u abt meeting the same ppl everyday on the MTR (Subway system in HK), then after that, I only meet them once or twice a wk. But today, I saw them all! The kid who still sleep weird (he should really go to sleep early at night); the woman who bugged into my line again; and the tall guy who's just too tall, I keep smelling his armpit (glad that he had some colonge on, so it' wasn't bad). Everything is back to normal and happy. Here's to them "Hello!!!"

Looking old in 12 hr time

Hmmm, the lighting make my hair really grey. But it was supposed to be ash-blonde ga. haha. I kindna look old. but oh well. I like it!

Some asked me how long did it take. It took about 3.5 freaking hours ah!!!! >_< my ass hurts as much as I was bleaching my hair. The process is like this. The colorists (very technique term) bleached my hair to like the simpsons yellow. It hurts really bad when it touches the roots and your head-skin (scapls ?), then they started to color in. The picture don't really do justic, cos it's actually very yellow looking in real life ga. ^_^ With little greenish color to it. I wonder when it fades ne?

See the fire in the middle of the picture? It's people buring "Ghost money" and other stuff for the ghosts. Today, is Chinese ghost day, or if you want Chinese Halloween. But it's not fun as in western halloween. This one is actually quite scary ga. Because when everyone is doing this, the whole street is filled with fire and the ashes blowing everywhere. It last abt a wk too, so I've been coming home at the middle of the night seeing these burnt stuffs.... it's not fun at all ga! Also, tonight, we can't go out from 4 to 5 am because that's the time when you will see ghost, and lots of them!!!! >_<

Liu Xiang

YEAH!!!!! China won a gold in Track & Field!!!! Very happy ah ^_^ He's Liu Xiang and won the 110m in Hurdle just last night. He and the other China team will come to HK next month wor. I will be SO THERE!

Pong Nan's Concert

Here's Pong Nan. Me, C-Lai and SKG went to his concert last night. It's not a typical HK pop concert, cos this one is held in some art-house kindna place. Pong's quite good. I remember hearing him on TVB (a TV station in HK), and he was REALLY bad!!! But somehow I got his CD (which he sang really good). So I had my doubt when coming to this concert ga, but good thing that he was really good LIVE. wonder why he sucks in TVB ne?

Hehehhe, this is for those who know chinese. He is a Japanese Althele in the Olympic ga! Very king ah! Hmmm, maybe my name sounds very awful in Japanese... =_=
